David B. Mandell, J.D., M.B.A. is an
attorney, author, and educator. He focuses his law practice on asset
protection matters. He also is a principal of O'Dell Jarvis Mandell, LLC, a fee-based wealth planning firm.
As a writer, Mr. Mandell has co-authored

Mr. Mandell's articles have appeared in
over 100 national publications, including The American Medical News, Physician's Money

Mr. Mandell has lectured on wealth
planning to audiences varying from private groups to the International
College of Surgeons annual meeting to the prestigious UCLA Entrepreneurs
Conference. Moreover, Mr. Mandell has delivered continuing education
lectures to attorneys and CPAs on tax and asset protection matters, most
recently at the bi-annual Summit Retreat in Las Vegas.
Mr. Mandell holds a bachelor's degree
from Harvard University, from which he graduated
with honors. His law degree is from the UCLA School of Law, where he was
awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for legal ethics. Mr. Mandell also
earned an MBA from UCLA with a concentration in finance. He is a member of
